Hi, I’m Dr. Shannon Patterson and I absolutely LOVE what I do and LOVE seeing you as the healthiest version of yourself possible. The World Health Organization defines “Health” as the state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. That’s a big picture. I believe that the more connection, flow and ease we experience in our body can’t help but extend into your life – in all aspects – your physical body, your relationships, your community, your impact on others and MORE. If you want the real secret – it’s the MORE that fires me up.
At this time of massive change in our lives, we are all needed to be the healthiest, happiest and most energy rich versions of ourselves. Not just for ourselves but for the lives that we impact as well.

I have been a Doctor of Chiropractic in BC since 1999 (CMCC) and have an immense number of chiropractic mentors to thank throughout my career. I love learning and delving deeper in to how best to serve you. I have extensively studied with Dr. Donald Epstein (developer of NetworkSpinal and Somato Respiratory Integration).
In addition I am a current Director on the College of Chiropractors of BC and currently serve on the New Westminster Hospice Society Board. In addition, I am a trained Yoga Teacher and past Yoga teacher anatomy trainer.
I currently live and practice in New Westminster and before in Vancouver, BC. Outside the practice you can find me loving life (biking, hiking, camping, and hunting down the best coffee around) with the loves of my life – my husband, daughter and crazy dog.
