Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) is a Chiropractic technique that focuses on your spine and nervous system. It reorganizes and releases your body’s stored stresses and tension, physical and emotional, and redirects it into personal growth.

Here’s how Network Spinal Analysis works:
The spine and nervous system can store and accumulate stresses. This can occur when there has been a physical or emotional challenge that was too overwhelming at the time to navigate through and release. This is the basis of our fight, flight, freeze response and posture. This results in a disconnection from the brain/body’s self-regulating capacity.
NSA focuses on the restoration of the brain/body’s self-regulating capacity. This can create profound changes in physical and emotional well-being as we learn to let go of those past challenges. This also makes it easier for the brain and body to respond more appropriately to the “NOW” rather than reacting from an old set of responses and defense strategies that are no longer useful. It promotes spinal alignment and the correction of subluxations.
As you progress through care:
A contact is applied over specific areas along the spine which promote involuntary waves of breath changes or muscle movement along the spine (as documented with Surface EMG studies.) Postural distortion, subluxation and muscle imbalances will then begin to recover. Care progresses in a series of levels. Each level is associated with an increasing ability of the nervous system to optimize strategies for better organization and self-healing. Our ability to handle stress is increased, enabling us to handle tension in a more constructive and healthy manner.
