Moving your spine not only keeps you healthy, it slows down the aging process, improves your brain power and increases overall well-being. The spine holds your nervous system and your nervous system feeds your ENTIRE body – for better or worse. Moving your spine doesn’t require hours at the gym – it requires simple focused movements done regularly to strengthen your body; lessen pain, improve your posture and give you the freedom to move easily through life.
Brain Balancing Yoga Classes

Breath Work ~ Meditation ~ Relaxation ~ Gentle Movement
Your mind is just as important as your body, your emotions and your spirit. No one is greater than the other and each one works interconnected with the others so you may live your best life. When all aspects of yourself are in balance, an internal state of community is felt, a deep sense of safety and internal support; laying down a solid foundation for healing.

Why Yoga at The Adjusting Room?
Yoga in its simplest form is a gentle practice dedicated to the healthy functioning of the nervous system, spine and joints. As you learn more about your body and new ways to connect with it, you develop healthier life habits and learn new ways to release tension patterns and blocks in your body – a perfect compliment to deepen any healing work.
Kimberley teaches an out of the box approach to getting your body up and moving again. Regardless of the class or workshop she is teaching, you can always expect to feel supported and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your body – no matter your current fitness level, or present circumstances. Whether your focus is improved joint mobility, spinal flexibility, strength, balance or relaxation, she will lead you there. Special attention is placed on your spine, fascia and joint health through gentle movements and exercises to help you build your foundation, and teach you how to recognize where your physical capabilities are at in the moment. In this way, you will see lasting growth in yourself at a pace that works for you.
