Moving your spine not only keeps you healthy, it slows down the aging process, improves your brain power and increases overall well-being. The spine holds your nervous system and your nervous system feeds your ENTIRE body – for better or worse. Spinal Conditioning Yoga is a detailed approach to moving your spine, strengthening your body, lessening pain, improving your posture and giving you the freedom to move more easily through life. Kimberley teaches this class with a focus on joint mobility, spinal flexibility, fascia release and core strengthening in a sustainable way with options that are suitable for all participants.

Brain Balancing Yoga Classes
Tuesdays (7pm – 8pm) March/April (TBA)
Your mind is just as important as your body, your emotions and your spirit. No one is greater than the other and each one works interconnected with the others so you may live your best life. Brain Balancing Yoga involves breath work, visualization, deep core activating exercises and challenging movement patterns to deepen your body-brain connection. Strengthening neurological pathways is vital in the prevention of illness, both physically and mentally, as well as integral to healthy functioning of the nervous system and all parts of your body. Kimberley teaches this class in a way that is suitable for all participants, challenging students in a way that improves their cognitive function and mobility equally.

Private Yoga Appointments (Yoga Healing)

When you’re hurting, feeling stuck or finding mobility difficult, take the opportunity to schedule a private yoga appointment. This is a great way to receive focused attention and have the support you need to deepen the healing of your spine, nervous system and bring your whole self back into balance. Yoga healing is based on your unique goals, needs and current capabilities: healing your body, mind, spirit and emotions through movement, meditation and pranayama. A 60min. appointment is $60.
