Strength Training
Wednesday’s @ 6pm (Jan. 9 – Feb. 27) 8 classes: $120

For a particular class day and time to run, at least 4 people must be registered.

Beyond Yoga
This is the opportunity to discover more about yourself, individualized, every class. Spend an hour being fully present within your body to heal and release tension holding patterns through Hatha yoga asana, myofascial release, breath, and meditation. Feel refreshed, connected, and aware of your body like never before.

Strength Training
Movement Science! Move your body like never before in this all levels class focused on functional movement and strengthening through body weight exercises. What is functional movement? It’s increasing your stability, mobility and deep core strength in ways that relate to daily life, activating stabilizer muscles and seldom engaged muscles to tone your whole body and increase your stamina in a sustainable way. Small class size allows individualized attention so your can strengthen your body and mind no matter where your start point is!
