The focus of my Chiropractic practice is NetworkSpinal, developed by Dr. Donald Epstein which blends neuroscience, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and EpiEnergetics principles to produce profound, lasting healing.

It is a fascinating tale of events that NetworkSpinal (formerly Network Spinal Analysis, NSA) became my chiropractic technique, focus and passion. The right people showed up at the right time with the right questions for me to follow this thread. I now realize it was all perfectly aligned yet at the time I had no idea that it would lead me to follow this path. Funny how life can be leading us, showing us, nudging us or sometimes outright shoving us in a certain direction. Thankfully I listened … but it took me time to follow! My body and life have dramatically changed as a result of NetworkSpinal and I am passionate about sharing this with you too.
